Mental Health Professional / Psychologist

Responsibilities

Wild Hearts Treatment Center is hiring a licensed Master’s level Mental Health Professional or a Doctorate level Licensed Psychologist.

As a Mental Health Professional/Psychologist at Wild Hearts Treatment Center, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of co-occurring mental health needs of patients. Treatment of patients will involve assessment and therapy, including group therapy, with patients who present with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses. Additional duties involve participation as a member of a multidisciplinary team, crisis intervention, supervision of unlicensed mental health staff, and ongoing care planning.

Pay Range for Master’s Level: $75,600 – $96,600

Pay Range for Doctorate Level Psychologist: $102,655 – $144,925

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or related field
  • Fully licensed in state you are practicing as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or similar.
  • Current CPR Card or obtain within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Twelve Step treatment approaches and stages of recovery
  • Knowledge/training in addiction studies
  • Willingness to be licensed in other states
  • Spanish fluency
